FLOOD MITIGATION GRANT
Thanks to former State Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick for getting the Village of Piermont a $100,000 Grant for Flood Mitigation Improvements to the Erie Path while he was in office. Work has started north of the Train Station. This will rebuild the path as well as help get more of the uphill storm runoff into our drainage system, helping to prevent flooding of homes located below the path.
